Please fill out this form if you need to change your Shipping Address on an existing Order. Please make sure you include your Full Name, Email Address, Order #, and Original Shipping Address so that your information can be verified.

*Please note, the Shipping Confirmation Email you receive once your order ships will have your Original Shipping Address listed in the email. This is because all Shipping Address Changes are done manually. Please check your Tracking Number and you will see your new address as the destination.
